Rates for special events and holidays subject to change and may not be available for online reservations* The above rates are in US dollars and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $10.00 per night. All rates are subject to 11% tax and US$3 hotel surcharge and are subject to change without notice unless already guaranteed.

All payments must be made in US funds. Deposits may be paid by check or with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal or business checks any later than two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.

All reservations require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is due upon arrival.

** Holiday and event weeks and weekends maybe at a higher rate than the seasonal rate, higer holiday rates may not be reflected in online booking, but are STILL enforced.

A deposit of 25% of the total reservation is required to confirm any reservation.  All cancellations are subject to a $35  cancellation fee.  Deposits will be refunded if reservation is cancelled with in 14 days prior to the first night of the reservation, less cancellation fee.  Deposits on Holiday, Event or Group reservations require a 30 day prior notice for refunds, less cancelation fee.  Holiday, Event and Group reservations that cancel with less than 30 days prior notice to the first day of booked reservation will lose the entire 25% deposit.  There are NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
